The DMEGC M10RT-B54HSW is a high-performance bifacial module featuring 108 N-type TOPCon cells in a 6×18 layout. It achieves peak outputs between 445 Wp and 465 Wp with a module efficiency of up to 23.3 %. The glass-glass construction with double-sided 2 mm tempered glass increases durability and enables a bifacial power gain of approximately 10–30 % through rear-side light.
Module TechnologyThe DMEGC M10RT-B54HSW utilizes advanced N-type TOPCon technology, which enables higher efficiency, lower degradation, and improved temperature stability through a tunnel oxide passivation layer. The 108 cells are arranged in a 6×18 layout and offer increased current yield thanks to optimized contact structures. Additionally, the bifacial glass-glass construction ensures high mechanical load capacity and allows the use of light on both the front and rear sides, significantly increasing the energy yield.
QualityDMEGC modules are recognized for their high-quality workmanship, reliability, and efficiency, with efficiencies up to 21.5 % and good performance even in low light or partial shading. They are Bloomberg Tier 1 listed, have been multiple times awarded as "Top Performer" in independent tests, and received top marks for mechanical load capacity, temperature coefficient, and PID resistance, confirming their durability and quality.
SustainabilityDMEGC modules represent the highest sustainability standards. Production is 100 % powered by renewable energy, and all plants are certified by TÜV SÜD as CO₂-neutral. All products are PFAS-free, RoHS and REACH compliant, and feature a low carbon footprint, as evidenced by EPD, PEP, and ISO14067 certificates. For outstanding ESG performance, DMEGC was also awarded the EcoVadis Silver Medal.
WarrantyThe DMEGC M10RT‑B54HSW offers a 25-year product warranty on material and workmanship defects, as well as a 30-year linear performance warranty with a maximum annual degradation of 0.4 %. This ensures that the performance after 30 years is still at least 87.4 % of the nominal output.
